Systems include access control, IP & analog video, nurse call, intrusion, structured cabling and other types of low-voltage and network-based systems
Communicate with subcontractors and coordinate work with subcontractors as required to ensure efficient and timely completion of work
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve the value PTI can provide to customers, including communicating potential leads to appropriate Integration Center resources
Attention to detail, professional appearance and behavior, excellent written and verbal communication
High School Diploma or GED with formal electrical training required
Conduct all customer interactions to drive a high degree of customer satisfaction
Maintain all company property and supplies, including but not limited to vehicles, tools, uniforms, parts and documentation
Proficiency in network architecture and protocols, database management, and fiber optics
Ability to work both self-directed and as a member of a crew team
Mon-Fri 7a-430p with little OT
Complete major systems integrations, including system commissioning
Complete all required paperwork in a timely and complete manner
5+ years Security industry experience
Lead Low Voltage Technician
Access control and IP video hardware and software installation experience are a must
Experience with complex, IP based, low-voltage systems installations and service
Software House, Lenel, Identicard, Vanderbilt, Exacq, Milestone, Axis, American Dynamics, certifications are strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with customers in a way that will best drive customer commitment and satisfaction
Install, analyze, diagnose, and repair complex integrated low-voltage systems, including troubleshooting issues that may be related to network architecture, protocols or other network related factors
100% on site at different client locations within 60 miles
3+ years in a lead-technician or other leadership role
