Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other technical discipline.
3 years' experience within supplier quality engineering (SQE) and/or assurance (SQA).
Proven track record using structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve manufacturing and systemic issues.
Effectively operate in cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate with multiple cultures/regions .
Up to 30% business travel (domestic and international).
AIAG Core tools working knowledge (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Control Plan).
Exhibit a high-level of self-motivation, sense of urgency and comfortable making recommendations across broad teams.
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to construct and present information to a wide range of audiences internally and externally and to handle conflict properly.
To be comfortable in demanding accountability from peers when needed, be open to receiving constructive feedback and react to getting better.
Familiarity with reading/Interpreting Engineering drawings and understanding GD&T;, CAD software.
Experience with ISO 9001.
