3-5 years of work experience in a technical manufacturing environment preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline preferred
Complex problem-solving utilizing root cause analysis and structured problem solving tools
Ability to collect, review and interpret statistical data and information to evaluate and develop options and implement manufacturing solutions
Ability to analyze, develop, and propose strategies that will improve manufacturing efficiencies, reduce costs and improve throughput
Demonstrated proficiency in SolidWorks 3D and Product Data Management (PDM) software
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and standards
Demonstrated project and priority planning, multitasking and communication skills
