Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field with six plus years of experience, or a Master's degree with four plus years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with supplier quality management systems and auditing practices.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspections.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage suppliers at all levels.
Ability to travel to supplier locations for on-site assessments, audits, and inspections.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Experience driving quality improvements.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
