Minimum 4-year degree in Quality, Engineering, or related discipline or experience substitutes education
Proven experience with quality core tools (SPC and Failure Analysis)
2+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing and/or production environment preferred
2+ years of experience implementing and executing ISO 9001
Proficient use of MS Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access) is required
Ability to effectively use problem-solving tools such as Pareto Charts, SPC methodologies, cause and effect diagrams as well as 8D or similar problem-solving experience

Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency using precision measuring equipment and inspection techniques.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to consistently produce accurate inspection results.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, blueprints, and GD&T; requirements.
Maintain accurate inspection records while following all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Operates and/or programs Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) preferred.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management systems.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
This position supports defense-related manufacturing and is subject to U.S. Export Control regulations (ITAR/EAR).
