Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Why, 8D, Fishbone, FMEA) to implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), control charts, and quality improvement methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering is highly preferred
