Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
3-10 years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity with inspection techniques and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs
Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with software including the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to organize and to prioritize work based on business needs.
Multi-task and time management skills
ITAR REQUIREMENTS: This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person citizenship status.
Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in quality inspection is a plus.
Ability to listen well and to communicate simply and effectively.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; or the ability to learn quickly.
Minimum for 2 years in a manufacturing environment, preference in a quality role
