Minimum 8 years of commercial concrete construction experience, with at least 3 in a superintendent or similar leadership role
Onsite field leadership required across the greater regional project area
Travel may be required based on job site location
Strong expertise in foundation systems, rebar coordination, formwork, site logistics, and high-volume concrete placement
Background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
Proven ability to lead multiple crews and subcontractors on concurrent job sites
Ability to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and implement plans in the field
Familiarity with safety compliance, including OSHA standards
No formal education required—extensive field experience is highly valued

This is a safety sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol testing.
Must pass Digital Assessment test
The position requires punctuality, consistent attendance, and self-direction for the success of the operations.
Perform physical tasks including lifting to 80 pounds.
Prepare steel samples and perform required physical and chemical testing
The position requires you to work 8 hour rotating shifts, which will include Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
High School Diploma or GED
The position requires overtime work as needed.
