Minimum 2 years of work experience in any industry; prior experience in property inspections, maintenance, or hospitality is a plus.
Must be mechanically inclined and capable of handling minor property issues such as troubleshooting toilets, garbage disposals, and sinks.
Ability to identify and report maintenance needs, cleanliness issues, and overall property conditions accurately.
Must be self-driven, precise, and consistent in completing tasks efficiently.
