5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction quality control
Willingness to relocate to project sites for durations of 6-18 months at a time
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation under strict deadlines
Familiarity with USACE/NAVFAC specifications and the federal construction process
Bachelor's degree preferred
Must be able to pass State & Federal background checks for access to military bases and federal facilities
Relocation to project sites required (6-18 month durations)

High School diploma or GED required
Valid USACE Contractor Quality Control Management (CQCM) certificate (required)
OSHA 30 and EM385 certifications required

Able to use calipers, micrometers, depth gauges and other measurement tooling.
Experience using Keyence Optical Comparators a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Able and willing to occasionally lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, crawl under vehicles for inspection purposes and consistently stand for long periods of time.
Working knowledge of GD&T; strongly preferred.
Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
Familiar with reviewing First Article Inspection (FAI) documents from suppliers.
Familiar with metal working, fasteners, and machine shop processes.
Knowledgeable about various welding types, weld processes, and how to use weld gauges.
3 - 5 years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Able to read mechanical prints.
