Quality Assurance Technician III - 2nd Shift (15% Premium)

Proficient in the use of CMMs
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and quality software tools
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Solid understanding of statistical process control (SPC), PPAP, and root cause/corrective action methods
Minimum 5–7 years of quality assurance experience in a precision machining/manufacturing environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating in a team environment
Strong knowledge of GD&T;, blueprint reading, and metrology
Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems

Ability to read blueprints and understand Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T;).
Physical ability: Ability to lift up & carry up to 30 lbs occasionally.
Thorough knowledge of inspection equipment and procedures.
Working knowledge of plastic injection molded parts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with statistical software (Minitab) preferred.
Demonstrated team leading, problem solving and project management skills.
Ability to travel between facilities and to customer locations.
Thorough knowledge of ISO requirement.
