1-3 years experience working in manufacturing, inspection, or quality environments.
Strong understanding of quality principles, inspection methods, and root cause analysis tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and control plans.
Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, or similar).
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Comfortable working within ERP and document control systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
