Ability to work cross functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain
Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Strong writer and verbal communication skills

Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills in a team-oriented setting.
Must have a high level of self-motivation
Bachelor's degree required.
Lean / Six Sigma Certification.
