4 years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, analytics, or a related operations-focused role.
A degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, or a related field, is required.
Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with hands-on experience conducting exploratory data analysis and translating insights into recommendations.
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation) and experience using reporting or data visualization tools.
Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including demand-supply balancing, capacity planning, and operational execution.
Ability to evaluate data sources, assumptions, and analytical outputs, identifying gaps or improvement opportunities in models and analyses.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings for cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
