Associate Degree or four years quality assurance experience
Proficient with applicable computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
Familiar with quality tool usage including root cause analysis, measurement system analysis, process reviews, pareto analysis and failure mode effects analysis and basic process controls design and implementation
Ability to read and understand drawings including GD&T; and other requirements
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to a strict production schedule and handle conflicting priorities
Ability to think analytically and creatively, to identify and develop quality solutions, and use appropriate judgment and decision-making skills necessary to achieve desired goals
Exposure Ability to track and do analysis of quality metrics, statistical control analysis and critical thinking methodologies
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Internal Auditor experience to AS9100 Quality System
Must be a US citizen
Proven knowledge of Quality Management System standards
