Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as dictated by business needs.
Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures as established by Tractor Supply Company.

Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets).

Assist with organizing, scanning, filing, and maintaining quality documentation
Support product traceability by ensuring inspection records are accurately associated with the appropriate work orders and part numbers
Communicate data discrepancies or documentation errors to the Quality department for resolution
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Follow all AS9100 quality procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist the Quality department with additional administrative tasks as assigned
Experience using an ERP or manufacturing software system
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while meeting established deadlines
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with quality documentation or inspection reports
