Certificate from CRT within 30 days of hospital orientation.
Fluoroscopy permit, must be obtained within the initial 120 day evaluation period
CPR/BLS - Basic Life Support
One (1) year work experience or two (2) years internship in a hospital setting
Experience with PACS
Experience with digital imaging

Current CPR certification
Valid and unrestricted driver's license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance for job related travel requirements
If not currently certified for phlebotomy, must obtain certification within 6 months of hire
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying home conditions
Knowledge of clinical safety, infection control, and emergency response
Comfort using technology for documentation, scheduling, and coordination
