All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions.
This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing.
Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any).
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
First-time travelers considered only with experience in a large facility hospital similar to Providence St. Vincent.
Required X-ray experience includes extremities, abdomen/GE, spine/pelvis, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, lower extremities, upper extremities, and surgery/C-arm.
Unit Details:- Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling:- Mon-Thu schedule.
Shift & Scheduling:- No weekends required.
Shift & Scheduling:- Call required: 3 call shifts a month.

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
Certifications: (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
Required Credentials:- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests:- RTO must be listed at time of submission.
