License should not expire within 45 days following start date
This role may require floating to additional units and locations
Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
36 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Northern Light and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Northern Light.

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required for submission
12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
OR/C-arm experience
Experience with these patient types: Care areas: Outpatient, Inpatient – ED/ICU/MedSurg, Operating Room, Primarily Adult/Geriatrics with some Peds, Fluoroscopy, C-Arm in OR, Ortho & Ortho Trauma, ICU, MedSurg, ER (CXRAY, AB scans, Vascular)
Fluoroscopy experience
BLS (Basic Life Support)
(R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
