A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of experience in a manufacturing assembly, production environment, or cleanroom experience is essential
Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge. Experience with small parts, small hand tools, equipment, and microscope
Ability to read and work from engineer drawings, work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly
Possess a solid, quality minded work ethic and a strong attention to detail with a strong desire for precision and accuracy when executing job duties
Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD control)
If overtime is necessary, reasonable efforts will be made to provide employees with adequate advance notice, however, sometimes overtime may be mandatory
Operate Auto and Manual Bonding equipment to perform thermosonic gold wire and aluminum wire bonding
Delicate hand assembly of electronics devices using solder, epoxy, and wire bonding techniques specifically under the microscopes
Inspect completed work to quality requirements
Train on First Shift; upon successful completion of training, new hire will be expected to move to Second Shift position: 2:30pm to 11:00pm
6% shift premium is offered for second shift upon successful completion of training
Overtime and Saturdays when needed
