Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions to meet client hiring needs
Conduct phone interviews, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring compliance and timely completion of all required documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for associates, providing ongoing support and guidance
Manage weekly payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely submissions
Build and maintain strong relationships with both client contacts and associates to drive satisfaction and retention
Conduct regular safety walks to promote and ensure a safe work environment
Coordinate and lead new hire orientations for incoming associates
Assist with billing, payroll, and invoicing functions as needed
Track and report onsite program metrics, supporting Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with the client
Handle other related tasks and special projects as assigned
