Data Entry & Document Preparation Specialist
Efficiently process and prepare documents for data entry, including scanning and uploading files into digital systems.
Perform basic data entry tasks, including alpha-numeric data input.
Receive and organize application materials and relevant documentation.
Sort, file, and distribute various work-related documents, both physical and electronic.
Review incoming documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Upload and download information to and from company systems.
Assist with remittance processing and transaction reviews.
Uphold site productivity and quality standards throughout the work shift.

High school diploma or equivalent education
6+ months of related experience preferred
Prior experience of FXO products & services offerings preferred
Commercial print environment experience preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
Ability to work with minimal supervision
