High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience in a production environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer skills and ability to operate machine control systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
