Minimum of three years of recent experience in transportation management and/or warehouse/distribution operations, in industry and/or consulting.
Exposure to or hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM), SAP WMS, and/or SAP EWM in support or implementation roles.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Operations Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
Ability and willingness to learn and develop technical SAP skills, including system configuration analysis, solution design support, and demo development.
Experience supporting or participating in process design workshops and client-facing discussions.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to travel as required.
