Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states
8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions
2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
At least six months of teletherapy experience
Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Schedule: Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday
Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support
All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact
