Coordinate with outside labs ensuring testing standards are met
Manage key processes including distillation, extraction, evaporation, formulating recipes, gummy filling/removal, maintaining equipment standards and safety
Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team members
Collaborate with leaders on timelines, inventory quantity, production schedules and quality standards

At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment OR successful completion of an Amazon Career Choice training program
Strong customer service skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously
