Ability to identify problems during demo, framing, or prep work and communicate them clearly.
Strong jobsite awareness and ability to think ahead.

Strong communication skills with project managers, field staff, and subcontractors.
Ability to work independently without needing constant supervision.
Own hand tools required.

Demonstrated capability to read, interpret, and execute detailed blueprints and layout drawings

Absolute willingness to travel full-time to out-of-state project locations as required
Active OSHA 10 certification prior to deployment on company job sites
