Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
5+ years of relevant engineering design experience (level can be adjusted based on role seniority)
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain is preferred
Experience with design and analysis tools relevant to discipline (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, hydraulic modeling software, or MEP design tools)
Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., local/state agencies, EPA, building codes, NEC, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with construction documents, specifications, and permitting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus
Ability to perform field work, including site visits and inspections, as needed
