Must be willing to travel a few times a year to complete the West Fraser Qualified Millwright training courses
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime to support 24/7 operations
Ability to follow all West Fraser safety policies and procedures
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members
Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
