Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing automated workflows using VMware Aria Automation/VCF Automation tools.
Proficiency building, customizing, and maintaining orchestration workflows with VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator/VCF Operations Orchestrator.
Comprehensive operational understanding of VMware vSphere and VCF environments, including VM lifecycle, resource allocation, and cluster behavior.
Experience integrating automation workflows with ServiceNow via API to automate ITSM processes, approval routing, fulfillment, and ticketing.
Strong foundational understanding of diverse IT domains including enterprise virtualization, IP networking, core infrastructure services, network boundaries, and enterprise storage.****
