A High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
Ten (10), or more years' experience in HVAC control systems and mechanical equipment service; or equivalent combination of education and experience
IT/Network understanding – knowledge of IP/subnet/gateway and DNS importance.

Ability to troubleshoot & inspect HVAC systems and mechanical equipment remotely.
