Construction Laborer
Location: Duluth, MN
Position Requirements:
Prior experience in construction or related labor roles
Safe operation of hand and power tools
Read and interpret plans
Stating site grading, road construction and improvements, drainage systems, road maintenance, dewatering, soil stabilization, foundation excavation and backfill, utility installation, and other required civil infrastructure work
Support general construction activities for earthwork, demolition, and civil projects
Staking
Preparing and maintaining a clean, safe job site
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead a team in challenging conditions
Positive and proactive attitude
Dependability, with a track record of initiative and consistent follow-through
Effective problem-solving abilities
