2nd shift: Monday thru Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM or Monday thru Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM (2nd shift) with shift premium
Experience operating CNC mills, performing dimensional checks, and maintaining process disciplines
Capable of using programming software (Mastercam) to support the operation
Setup and operate Kuraki AKB-11 HBM (Horizontal Boring Mill), New 2021
Review and interpret electronic documents for machining requirements
Fabricate basic to complex holding fixtures for standard and irregular configurations
Maintain required electronic build records and process logs, records, and reports
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule
On-Site Work Environment: regular in-person engagement on-site five days each normally scheduled week; travel/local commute may be required

Must have the following weld certifications EP-4136, EP-4051 and EP-4091.
Must be qualified to weld 405 -1195 or 485 products.
For external candidates, a minimum of 3-year experience in an area directly related to welding as a welder 2 at RDPF.
Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel & Hastelloy TIG (GTAW) welding experience.
Capable of attaining RDPF certifications per ASME Section IX for Stainless Steel.
Ability to fit up and weld products to meet dimensional specifications per drawing and drill sheet specifications.
Maintain required certifications by completing training and passing weld certifications.
