Two (2) years of business experience or two (2) years of college credits preferred
Working knowledge of customs regulations, harmonized tariff schedules and special tariff treatment programs preferred
Ability to analyze data & information and to make sound decisions in a time sensitive atmosphere
Demonstrate effective communication skills to work with internal and external customers
Effective organizational skills
Ability to complete multiple duties and meet multiple deadlines
Experience with and the ability to process a high volume of incoming information via image, hardcopy, phone and fax to meet specific time schedules
Data entry/keyboard experience required
Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as Outlook using multiple screens and windows
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
