Ability to produce and deliver rigorous, well-crafted design work under tight timelines including user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and iterative prototyping
Demonstrated ability to design data visualizations that make complex operational data clear and actionable for business users
Willingness and demonstrated aptitude to learn and explore AI-assisted development tools as part of an evolving design workflow
Ability to quickly absorb design requirements and context provided by a senior designer, and proactively drive them forward with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and design quality
Collaborative, flexible, and self-directed — able to work across multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to new product contexts
Candidate must be available for a minimum 6-month contract, with openness to a full 1-year term preferred
New graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered if they demonstrate a strong portfolio
Some background in B2B or enterprise product design
