Must be able to professionally handle upset callers/visitors
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
Greet office visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person based on their needs
Prepare professional memos, notices and email notifications
Engage with stakeholders including school districts
Extensive data entry

Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
Willing and able to learn new tasks quickly
