Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Proven expertise in mixed-use multifamily apartments and commercial/industrial "ground-up" construction.
Full-Time.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: 30-Hour OSHA Supervisor (CPR certification preferred).
Strict commitment to maintaining OSHA safety standards and managing government inspection processes.

Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings, specifications, and Geo-Technical reports.
