Day Shift: $19.50/hour
Night Shift: $21.50/hour
Rotating schedule; every other weekend required
Under general supervision, the Utility Associate plays a key role in supporting production operations
This position assists machine operators, ensures materials and supplies are available, manages inventory, and handles the packaging of finished goods
Ability to read measuring tools (e.g., rulers) and understand fractions and decimals
Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
Effective verbal communication for team collaboration
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; calculator use permitted)

Required to lift, carry, and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights, including overhead.
Required to operate equipment such as a cash register, electric and manual hand jacks, floor scrubber and cardboard baler.
Required to stock product in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments.
Required to use glass and multipurpose cleaning products.
