A bachelor's degree in business or a technical field is required.
A minimum of six (6) years of experience in project scheduling/planning in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment is required
Must be proficient Primavera P6.
Must be an effective communicator with internal/external stakeholders and customers.
Must be able to demonstrate superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
Must have a strong understanding of schedule integration, critical path methodology, and earned value management (EVM).
Must have experience working in matrixed teams and with cross-functional stakeholders.
Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) or Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance, whichever is required.
