Color vision is required to accurately identify different color wires, tabs, and electronic components
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Mechanical and technical abilities, including the ability to interpret blueprints and operate computers, tools, and general production equipment
Enter production data into Excel to effectively run orders and schedule production, ensuring accuracy at all times
Accurately and efficiently produce production items with zero defects to meet or exceed demand
Read and follow drawings and schematics accurately to produce components as per specifications
Communicate all inventory usage effectively, ensuring that the inventory on hand is accurately accounted for, and that Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is correctly reported
Print and examine blueprints for accuracy, and assemble parts according to detailed instructions
Maintain a tidy production area and contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to all corporate and Health & Safety procedures, rules, and regulations
