Lead all Scrum ceremonies:
Sprint Planning
Quarterly planning
Daily Stand ups (Daily Scrum)
Sprint Review (Demo)
Sprint Retrospective
Resource capacity tracking and forecast
Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles
Facilitate backlog refinement (grooming) with Product Owners
Support empirical process control (inspect and adapt)
Manage sprint execution and track progress against goals
Monitor delivery using Agile metrics:
Velocity
Sprint burndown/burnup
Cycle time / throughput
Identify and remove team impediments and blockers
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and risks
Technical Enablement:
Understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, and dependencies
Help teams assess technical feasibility and complexity during planning

Story sizing (Planning Poker, Fibonacci estimation)
Incremental and iterative delivery
Agile SDLC workflow
Paid to have:
