Minimum 2 years of aluminum MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings (required).
Experience fitting and assembling aluminum components prior to welding.
Knowledge of aluminum welding techniques, weld symbols, and quality standards.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment.
Experience performing visual weld inspections and maintaining quality standards.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
