High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
On‑the‑job training provided
Ability to understand English and follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math, reading, and writing skills for measurements and documentation
Ability to identify correct materials, profiles, and components
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate simple machinery and computer interfaces
Strong attention to detail and quality inspection ability
Ability to handle pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain accuracy
Ability to work cooperatively with others and follow direction from supervisors
Willingness to learn and operate multiple machines, trainable for various jobs throughout the plant
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and handle large pieces of glass
Must be able to operate equipment such as saws, welders, drills, screw guns, punches, and end mills (training provided)
Required PPE based on production line or task: Safety glasses, Hearing protection, Cut‑resistant gloves and sleeves
A criminal background check is required for all positions, upon offer of employment
