Proficient in basic dimensional measuring and competent in basic math
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to multitask
Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using tools like gauges
Operate and program robotic welders, including setting controls for wire feed speed, amperage, and gas type
Perform various welding techniques (MIG/TIG) in flat, vertical, or overhead positions and maintain a clean work area
Clamp, tack-weld, grind, and clean components to achieve required configurations and maintain quality standards
Solid work history or new to the workforce and willing to learn
Basic understanding of computer functions relevant to the job
Entry-level
Willing to train
Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipment
Load and unload welded frames, managing accurate counts and labeling for customer specifications
