Responds to requests of all other departments when necessary
Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in fast-paced environment
Must be at least 21 years of age
Writes proper reports as needed in a timely manner
May be required to perform duties outside of normal job description where in the Company's judgment it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Operates monitor room equipment, including basic computer functions
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Individual should have basic computer and keyboarding skills and knowledge of database and spreadsheet software
Knowledge of casino security preferred
Good oral and written communication skills
Responds to surveillance supervision and gaming control requests
Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
At least one (1) + years' experience in surveillance and/or security field preferred
