- Able to load and unload premier cell components to support the operation of the equipment.
- Must follow all facility, department and/or cell quality practices.
- Requires the ability to conduct and evaluate destructive testing along with visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce a quality part.
- Required to use computer programs to assist in making box labels, prioritizing orders, printing shipsets, etc.
- Assists Team Leader with continuous improvement efforts. Required to submit a minimum of 1 improvement idea per quarter.
- Able to train others in safety requirement, quality requirements, preventative maintenance requirements, and production practices and procedures.
- Set-up, operate and maintain all Premier Cell equipment.
- Required to participate in Parker's "Lean" initiatives.
- Must also have the ability to operate a fork truck if necessary.
- Must be capable of following a level load schedule to meet customer demand and on-time delivery requirements.
- Work safely in accordance with regulations, standards and procedures in a manner that eliminates risk to health and the environment. Notify leadership of unsafe conditions or practices unlawful activities and activities which present unreasonable health and/or environmental risk. Report all safety and/or environmental incidents to leadership immediately.
