2-5 years' previous Injection Molding experience and machinery/assembly experience necessary
Able to read and write in English
Experience working in fast pace, high change environment, with limited supervision - must be a self-starter!
Set up, start up, and changeover of molds, thermolators, dryers and robots
Identify problems, solve, when possible, seek assistance when needed and report to team
Operating precision measurement equipment including using a microscope for product analysis and assisting with all aspects of product flow within the molding operations
Follow and document process parameters to ensure repeatable results
