Contract to Hire position based out of IRVING, TX
Fully onsite position in IRVING,TX
Must have Bachelors Degree to qualify
Salary/pay range: $18.50 - $23.50/hr
Schedule for Customer Care Representative: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with one late night a week 9 AM - 6PM and one late Friday rotating every four weeks which also includes 1 Saturday a month 8 AM -12 PM
Schedule for Customer Accounts Representative: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with two late nights a week 11 AM - 8 PM and 2 Saturdays a month 8 AM – 12 PM
Spanish speaking associates will receive an additional $.50 with payrates

Experience requirements: less than three years of professional experience for $21.50/hr tier; 3+ years for $23.00/hr tier
