Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
A minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience
2 years post Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
Must have basic computer skills to make daily data entries.
Must have good eye-hand coordination/dexterity to assemble small parts (plug relays into equipment for testing).
Must be able to work with small parts, work well with a microscope and be able to use hand tools (tweezers, pin vise) and equipment as instructed.

Ability to read and interpret blueprint and schematic drawings.
Working knowledge of standard test equipment i.e. data recorders, pressure transducers and gauges, flow measuring devices, environmental chambers, thermo-coupling, and helium leak detectors.
Proficiency in the use of MS software such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of plant operations and processes.
