Serve as the Quality representative for NCRs, CAPAs, and related quality system activities.

Analyze defects and manufacturing issues to implement immediate corrective actions.
Conduct process capability studies, design of experiments (DOE), risk analysis, gage R&R;, and statistical evaluations to improve process control and reduce total quality costs.
Support document control in GDM and SAP, including SAP material setup.
Pay: $38.46/hr.
Support new product introductions and technology transfers by developing complete and accurate quality plans, including sampling requirements, process controls, test methods, measurement techniques, and acceptance criteria.
Quality Engineer
Shift: Onsite Role // 8:00 AM-4:00 PM EST Mon- Fri // Mansfield, TX
Perform product and process evaluations to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions using sound quality engineering principles.

Manage Calibration and Preventive Maintenance programs.
Lead qualification and validation activities according to the Validation Master Plan and provide complete, organized documentation (requirements, plans, reports, PFMEA, checklists, etc.).
Act as process owner for Change Control.
Implement approved changes and fully document activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Provide daily troubleshooting support for issues occurring on the production floor.
